REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS - All our items are handmade and made to order. Once the order is placed it goes into production. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange orders.

We are human and if we make a mistake, we are always willing to correct the issue. Please contact us within 48 hours (about 2 days) of delivery if you believe your item is defective.
SHIPPING + TURNAROUND TIME - While we strive to ship all items as quickly as possible, please allow 21 - 28 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) for processing time plus another 3 - 5 business days for items to ship to you. Do we normally take this long? No, but due to COVID and recent delays with the mail carriers we have built in a few days to account for any possible delays.
