REFUND/RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS - All our items are handmade and made to order. Once the order is placed it goes into production. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange orders.

We are always willing to try and help so if there is a problem, please feel free to send us a message at saygraceshirts@gmail.com. We are human and if we make a mistake, we are always willing to correct the issue. Please contact us within 48 hours (about 2 days) of delivery if you believe your item is defective.
